As I sit in my office and gaze at my little coffee shop, which I created from the ground up last year, I think, "Wow, I did it!" It may be small, but it's mine, and I've achieved this modest dream of mine. That's when I decided to write about my entire coffee experience and how I came to love it so much. In Nagpur, there was a local chain of coffee shops that provided "desi" cold coffee, which I enjoyed. I gradually began realising and came to the conclusion that drinking black coffee was essential if you wanted to lose weight. As a result, I began drinking cold brew in Germany in early 2016, and by the end of 2016, I got myself a cold brew maker.
That was my first experience with what is known as speciality coffee. As time went on and I began to live more in Europe, I became aware of the true effects of coffee on your mind and emotions. That little cup of espresso made me laugh because my German coach used to advise that coffee is the best digestive aid and should be had after lunch. Living in Europe and getting to know locals helped me to appreciate real coffee and how difficult it is to brew and roast to perfection. My life changed when I gradually started doing my own pourover; I now need it to wake up.
This was a small overview of how my passion for coffee began. I plan to continue posting on our website to encourage others to join the coffee culture and learn that what they're drinking is either wonderful coffee or, in my case, I call it black water.
I'll slowly talk more about the classes I took, the concept behind Filtr 16, and how you may pursue your passion for coffee because, of course, no one else who isn't into coffee will waste their time on this, right? LOL
I'll also include a recollection of one of the several coffee shops I've been to around the world, along with anecdotal evidence, in each blog post.
Occasionally, it would be about a well-known or new coffee roaster. To let you know what you're getting into, I would solely discuss coffee and my personal experiences with it.
Given the popularity of vlogging, many may wonder why I blog. If you enjoy my articles, perhaps my videos might be a little more entertaining, then I'll do that as well. But honestly, the reason I'm writing this is because coffee is a place of safety and freedom for me. I want to share my experiences with coffee and my freedom with you all. I also want to share a little bit about myself because I've always wanted to be a writer, so this is me satiating that need.
Intro was long, the blogs will be OBVIOUSLY YOU KNOW!!!! lol

While I was studying in Frankfurt, a generous friend of mine who happens to be from Prague offered to show me around during my Easter break. She is as crazy about coffee as I am, so we made it into a small heist in Prague. When she took me EMA, I was surprised as to how basic their menu was, but everything was so perfect in the cold brew that I ordered. thats when I understood that making simplicity great is an achievement. WHENEVER YOU ARE IN PRAGUE, DO VISIT THIS PLACE!

WE REMEMBER MEMORIES AND EXPERIENCES AND MOMENTS, AND LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOU WANT TO HAVE EXPERIENCES EVERY DAY !!!!
